We've missed seeing our name in lights these past few months, so it is with much excitement that we announce that The Doll will be popping up again in September!
We'll keep you posted as all of the details come together. In the meantime The Doll will be chasing sunnier climes in order to ensure the summer wardrobe gets maximum exposure. We'll make time to stop along the way and unearth more vintage treasures. We're thinking ahead--when we're not thinking of cocktails--and we already have some stunning pieces lined up for Autumn.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves, there's still plenty of summer to enjoy and for the rest of it...
The Doll will mostly be wearing:
Power jewels. Because it can't hurt to try to outshine the sun. It might actually happen.
The Doll will mostly be drinking:
Okay, more specifically we'll be drinking punch. Here's The Doll's Favourite Poolside Punch, already conveniently measured out for a high yield batch to please you and your thirsty friends:
500 ml dark rum
250 ml fresh lime juice
100 ml orgeat syrup
500 ml passion fruit juice
500 ml pineapple juice
100 ml Wray and Nephew overproof rum
Add all ingredients to a large punch bowl, throw in the lime husks, some sliced fresh strawberries and lots of ice. Gather round. It tastes like summer.
The Doll will mostly be listening to:
New favourite band Helen and the Sirens gets top place on our summer soundtrack.
You won't be able to get this dreamy rock hotness out of your head once it's in there. Even better, you won't want to get it out of your head.
